Event Hosted By Brett & Karen Deimler Founders Diamond IBO’s and Founders of TWI Serving others is nothing new to Brett & Karen. Prior to this business, both had careers in serving the public. Brett was a meter reader for the Pennsylvania Power & Light Company and Karen, with a degree in Mortuary Science, was a licensed Funeral Director in the State of New Jersey. Their love for people and passion to serve others has resulted in a tremendous and fulfilling life experience. Always looking for ways to improve themselves and knowing that a job would never provide the lifestyle they were looking for, Brett and Karen decided business ownership was the right path to pursue. Brett had his hands in multiple businesses including real estate, but it was not until he met his mentor at the age of twenty-four, that he found a business he could run as opposed to it running him. His determination and desire to succeed afforded him the privilege to retire from his traditional job at the age of twenty-eight to dedicate his time & effort to building his Amway business. Since then, Brett had been faced with many challenges, including the loss of both his parents, becoming a widow in June of 2003, and the huge responsibility of finishing raising his two children. “Life has been filled with many lessons in overcoming challenges; I had to learn to embrace them and follow my heart.” Brett was so grateful he followed his heart when it led him to Karen, which turned his life around. They were married in 2007. Currently they reside in Lowhill Township, PA, working side-by-side in complete harmony. Their mantra; “Plans may change, but principles never do”, has lead them to an exciting new business concept. This on-line business had created great opportunity for many individuals while allowing them to do what they love best, serving others. “Little did I know that the struggles I faced in my early childhood as a young man, along with the strong sense of loyalty and faith instilled by my parents, would guide me through the most exciting journey of my life.” Brett and Karen, along with a core group of business owners, are the founders of TeamWorks Intl. Incorporated. As a team, they work together helping others get more out of life. Brett and Karen have an amazing ability to communicate with people giving them exactly what they need to move forward, not only in their business life, but their personal lives as well. They both have developed a deep understanding of people throughout their lives and look so forward to helping others achieve their dreams.
