Our historyEstablished in 2014, TVS Asianics has since built a substantial and fully integrated logistics network comprising TVS Dynamic Global Freight Services, TVS Logistics Siam, Transtar International Freight, Nadal Forwarding, Pan Asia Logistics and TLM Logistics Management.

TVS Dynamic Global Freight Services (India HQ)Founded in 2007, TVS Dynamic Global Freight Services was incorporated as a combined entity of TVS Logistics and Dynamic Freight Forwarders. The company has over 20 years of domain expertise in freight forwarding with a focus on India.

TVS Logistics Siam (Thailand HQ)Founded in 2005, TVS Logistics Siam operates an asset-light business model, working in strategic partnership with established vendors to provide a full suite of end-to-end logistics and domestic transportation management services.

TLM Logistics Management (Thailand HQ)Founded in 1997, TLM provides contract logistics services for customers in the consumer goods, automotive and industrial goods sectors.

Pan Asia Logistics (Singapore HQ)Founded in 2002, Pan Asia Logistics is one of Asia’s largest sea and air freight logistics providers with competencies in the Europe-to-Asia airfreight routes where it services Europe’s largest automotive, industrial and consumer products companies.

Nadal Forwarding (Spain HQ)Founded in 1979, Nadal Forwarding provides international transport and logistics services through its owned operations in Spain and China, with linkages to major European and Latin American markets.

Empowered by technologyLike most industries, the global supply chain management business is undergoing a digital transformation. The key to efficiency in logistics, as in just about every business today, is data – and that means mastery of cloud computing together with data analytics and cyber security. One software platformThe TVS Asianics group utilises the CW1 IT platform internationally across its entire business. This enables seamless, real-time visibility into the status of each order and allows management of the total transaction – shipment information, access to specific documents/events, reporting tools at shipment, container, pallet or SKU level – via a common operating platform. This would include any logistics activity we undertake at origin, shipping, customs clearance, warehousing and deliveries.

Platform integrationCW1 is a single-platform software solution designed to increase productivity and improve integration, automation, and communication within the supply chain. It provides seamless data integration between TVS Asianics and its customers and partners, streamlining processes and increasing the efficiency, visibility, and profitability of your operations. CW1 is based on Microsoft programmes and capable of being integrated with most software in the market. We employ software integrators to manage the various protocols surrounding different languages and tasks; they have strong domain knowledge of our business and the types of integration sought by customers.

In order to complete data integration between the two businesses, it requires resources and commitment from the customer, specifically:

• Understanding the milestones the customer wishes to ‘capture’ and ‘import’ into their EDI;

• Providing and explaining data files and fields;

• Ensuring key dates such as into-store-dates are consistent; and

• Developing a suitable exception reporting profile to ensure we are providing key data.

Visionary and inspiring

VITTORIO FAVATIChief Executive OfficerVittorio brings to the Group more than 25 years of in-depth industry and large-scale business development experience. His extensive knowledge cuts across all areas of the supply chain business, where he has held senior positions in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific, 17 years of which were based out of Singapore.

He has held various roles including President Asia Pacific for EGL and CEVA Logistics (formerly known as TNT Logistics) and successfully led the commercial and business development of the organisation.

It is backed by decades of experience and in-depth knowledge of the global logistics industry – with an ambitious vision of how the industry can work smarter for the benefit of our customers. Specialising in Asia, the team brings to the table extensive knowledge of worldwide logistics, taking advantage of innovation and leading technologies in this dynamic industry.

DICHI TRANManaging Director – ChinaDichi joined Pan Asia Logistics in 2004 as the Country Managing Director in China. Based in Shanghai and fluent in English, German, Mandarin and Cantonese, he oversees all TVS Asianics operations in China, a network comprising nine locations in China’s largest markets.

Having been in the region since 1984, when he established the Asian logistics enterprises for a multinational European company, Dichi has deep expertise in China sourcing, procurement and trading operations.

PHILLIP BOTTOMEChief Financial OfficerPhilip has held various senior finance and management roles at TNT Post Group including eight years as CFO for the postal operations in Germany. With two decades of international experience, Phillip has financially led multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructuring projects in the UK, Europe and Asia. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Mathematics from Cambridge University and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEAW). Phillip speaks English and German fluently, with basic competence in Dutch and Mandarin.

RICKARD HEISSCEO, Pan Asia Logistics & Chief Transformation Officer, TVS Asianics Since December 2018 in charge for Pan Asia Logistics, as Chief Executive Officer. In his second role as the Chief Transformation Officer of TVS Asianics, Rickard oversees the development of the company’s strategically-optimised and operationally-efficient global network of capabilities, services and infrastructure across operating locations. He is an accomplished supply chain executive, with over 20 years’ experience in delivering enterprise-wide business transformation and economic. Rickard holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stellenbosch University, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD Business School.

ERIC CHUASenior Vice President, Strategic Planning Eric has more than a decade of experience in strategy and business planning in the container shipping and logistics industries. Based in Singapore, Eric previously served on the senior leadership teams of APL Asia and the Middle East, APL Logistics and Surbana International Consultants. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the Singapore Management University in accountancy and business management, specialising in finance.

WILLIAM FOSTERSenior Vice President, Global SalesWill has over 20 years of experience spanning the logistics, healthcare and technology sectors, leading teams totaling more than 2,500 sales professionals across 30 countries. With his wealth of knowledge and significant experience in delivering sales force excellence, Will leads Global Sales in TVS Asianics, helping the operating companies in the Group define and implement the go-to-market organisational structure, as well as develop and integrate best in class systems and processes.
