Steve Wilkerson was selected Employee of the Month for May, 2020. Wilkerson was nominated by Thermo-Kool Manufacturing Support Manager, Donnie Carpenter who commented, “While the factory was operating on split shifts Steve did a great job leading his department during the second shift. He managed to handle all questions and issues as well as any factory problems that arose.” Wilkerson has been with Thermo-Kool since October, 1998.

Bud McKee was selected Employee of the Month for June, 2020. McKee was nominated by Thermo-Kool Production Supervisor, Jermaine Jones who commented, “During these past months, Bud has worked in multiple departments to keep production flow steady. He can always be depended on no matter what task is assigned to him.” Thermo-Kool Plant Superintendent, Wade Adkins, also commented, “Bud’s attendance, attitude, and work ethic are second to none.” McKee has been with Thermo-Kool since November, 1999.

Maurice Dace was selected Employee of the Month for August, 2020. Dace was nominated by Thermo-Kool Production Supervisor, Tracy Hill who commented, “Due to absenteeism in the factory, Maurice has assisted in the walk-in metal department in order to maintain a steady workflow in production. He has worked on multiple machines to produce a quality product. Maurice is willing to help where he is needed and always has a great attitude. Dace has been with Thermo-Kool since September, 2003.
