Grate an entire bar of soap into a bowl. 2. Add 4 to 6 drops of green food coloring and a tablespoon of water to the bowl and mix with the grated soap to form a ball. 3. Place the ball on a sheet of wax paper and flaen the ball with the palm of your hand until it is about 1 1/2 inches thick. 4. Cut out the turtle shape. 5. Place the turtle template on top of the flaened soap. Use a spoon to carve along the outline of the turtle. 6. Smooth the carved sides by slightly weing the soap and rubbing the sides with your fingers. 7. Shape the excess soap into an oval. This will become the turtle’s shell. Remove the template and secure the turtle’s shell in place. 8. Use a toothpick to make indentations for the turtle’s eyes and lines on its shell. 9. Place the turtle soap in a warm spot to dry overnight. 10. Peel off the wax paper. Now your turtle soap is ready for a splash in the tub.
