Executive Summary
This proposal is for the lawn-mowing agreement dated may 30th-September 30th in Augusta, Georgia. The agreement is to do weekly ground maintenance on 5 miles of Route 24 median and sidings, 10 acres in Willoughby Park, and 23 acres at Augusta Memorial Golf Course. The Total cost of the job would be $40,000. Total labor is estimated to be 3,888 hours. The sections in the proposal include the following:

History and Credentials
Turpin Mowing has 15 years of experience in mowing parks, highways, and golf courses. We have three professionals that have five years experience or more that will be supervising each site. All three supervisors have college degrees in lawn care. Some of our past customers include Wal-Mart, Yellow Stone Park, and Shadow Hills Golf Course. Safety Record
Safety is an important aspect of our business. With our state of the art equipment and employee training programs we have had no serious accidents for 15 years.
Some accomplishments we have achieved for safety are listed below

Staff and Equipment
Staff: Our staff is made up of 3 supervisors who have five years of experience or more. Our other seven employees are laborers and are required to have a year of experience in lawn maintenance and to go through our training and safety programs. We have had no serious accidents in the past. All of our employees have been with us at least two years. They are very qualified and always wear proper gear while working. Here is a picture of some of our staff on the job site.

Equipment: All of our mowers and other equipment are properly maintained and not more than two years old. We use the new John Deere XR series mowers that deliver a timely and efficient mowing job. Before every use we inspect all the equipment and after every use we clean and maintenance them. Our equipment is the best and safest on the market.

Schedule of a typical week
We decided to schedule the work for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday because it would have our mowers out of the way four days a week. This schedule was also the optimal time we could use in order to make sure we are getting the job done on time and with good results.
