    Practice, in small groups with the hands-on

    assistance of the experts, the development

    of a log frame matrix for a specic project.

    workshop leader will go through a real IPA

    accepted proposal, section-by-section, and

    assess it from an evaluators point of view.

    D. ea LaGoEvaluator of IPA and FP7Dr. LaGro is a senior EU expert with more than 20 years of operat ions,project cycle management (PCM), and public procurement experience(PRAG). She is also highly experienced in the field of EuropeanCommissions evaluation procedures and methodologies; includingevaluation experience of the various modalities of implementation,instruments and channels of cooperation, aid delivery, ECmain policiesand strategies. She has recently published a Handbook on EU ProjectCycle Management (PCM) based on her cumulative experiences in train-ing various stakeholders on PCM in April 2010, for optimal usage of EUfinancial i nstruments to be used by the relevant stakeholders in Turkey.

    M. Gbo KilyEvaluator of FP7He is the CEO of Europa Media. He is the f inancial and technicalcoordinator of several FP6/ FP7, LIFE-III and Leonardo da Vinci projects,and is also negotiating new projects under FP7. He has a broad under-standing of EU financial issues and funding mechanisms, as well as ex-perience with ECproject audits. He has also been an evaluator for theFP7 Programme
