The widely anticipated 900 Ace Turbo was released as the first
model year 2019.
The engine is based on the popular and durable Rotax 900 Acebut,
as the name suggests, with the addition of a turbocharger.With a
claimed stock power output of 150 hp (in reality 160+ hp)this is a
very capable machine indeed, but in our endless ambitionof offering
the outmost performance to our customers we wantedmore. At present
we have three different tunes for the 900Ace Turbo taking it up to
220 hp and, perhaps most importantly, with increased drivability
thru the entire power band. The fact isthat with our Stage 2 you
get a much improved midrange powercurve with almost peak power from
7000 rpm all the way to therev-limit. Compare this to the much
“spikier” stock power curve... We are also planning for a Stage 4
kit that will pass the 250 hp mark. Our goal is to offer this
during the 2020/2021-season.
When you choose Maptun, you can optionally purchase your
ownMaptunerX controller that enables you to easily switch
betweendifferent software packages and also get free access to
newsoftware releases developed after the purchase date.
MaptunerXcan also perform diagnostics such as reading and deleting
errorcodes. Additionally, it reads values in real time and saves
thesewhilst driving, for later analysis.

your firmware for optimal performance and durability – no
matterwhere or how you drive.
MaptunerX performs a so-called reflash. In short, MaptunerX
first reads the original vehiclefirmware to analyse and look up the
various parameters such as load pressure, ignition timing,fuel,
various types of restrictions, etc. These parameters are then
adapted to various conditions,such as the exhaust system, air kits,
diffusers, climatic conditions, etc. This is one of the mostcomplex
ways to optimise the engine firmware, but undoubtedly the
safest!MaptunerX always uses the original vehicle firmware as the
originating point, which means thatthe engine control unit is
always aware of the increased power and thus at any point can
adjustthe inherent safety features originally programmed instead of
defeating them or, as is often thecase, ignoring them.
Maptun is continually developing new features and support for
new vehicles. Your MaptunerX willnever become outdated because it
automatically updates its firmware every time it is connectedto a
computer and synchronised with our server.
MAPTUNERX supports numerous makes MaptunerX also supports other
snowmobiles, watercraft,outboards, jetboats, ATVs and UTVs. Models
from Sea-Doo,Ski-Doo, Yamaha, Lynx, Polaris, Kawasaki, Can-Am
andArctic Cat are supported. Additionally, we carry plenty

you need is one (1) license per vehicle. Once the license hasbeen
activated for the vehicle, you gain free access to all thesoftware

100% stainless sports exhaust system produced by RJWC that is
60% lighter than the original exhaust. The system features cast
stainless turbo joints for optimal flow and a 5" muffler for a
deep, rich sound.
RJWC Free Flow SPORT EXHAUST SYSTEM

RJWC quiet series SPORT EXHAUST SYSTEMA quieter option to the
Free Flow sport exhaust. This exhaust is only 4% louder than stock
while still delivering the same power as the Free Flow option. The
exhaust has an internal heat shield that suppresses noise and
insulates heat to keep low temperature under the hood. Made entiely
of stainless steel which also makes for a weight saving of 40%.

primary spring, helix and weights. A customized clutch kit for
increased engine power is vital to maintain uncompromising
drivability. This kit ensures optimum belt temperature for reduced
wear. Supplied with complete set of weights for easy
adjustment.
ALSO AVAILABLE IN THESE COLOURS
High-quality 4-ply silicone hoses that instantly replace your
original hoses. These hoses have been pressure tested for 8 bar and
reduce the risk of hose expansion when driving with high boost
pressures.
Upgraded injectors for 900 ACE T. Bolt-on installation. Requires
optimized engine software to work properly.
