FH Tuition Assistance Program

Did you know?

There are almost 1,000 Florida Hospital

employees actively utilizing the Tuition

Assistance Program.

We process all reimbursement requests

within two pay periods , usually only one.

For the first time on record we are on track

to spend all the funds Florida Hospital

graciously allocated to the program.

These sound like mundane facts until you

learn this next fact.

There is only one full– and one part-time

employee to accomplish all that work.

They work tirelessly for our program

participants, so the next time you contact

them please share your thanks and

appreciation.

COMING THIS FALL (CONTINUED)

No more waiting for a return email or phone call to verify your

paperwork was received or to see the status of your account. Of

course, we will still be here to answer any questions you might have

and to support you on your educational journey.

In addition to the on-line automated processes for applications and

reimbursements, EdAssist also offers educational advising, free of

charge, to anyone who wishes to take advantage of the service. We

encourage you to use this service, as the advisors can help you choose

the school that best meets your needs and they can help you save

money through credit for life experience or testing out of some

courses. Finally, EdAssist has over 190 partner educational institutions

that offer various incentives and savings. Not only does EdAssist help

you save time and money, it also allows Florida Hospital to stretch this

limited resource to more employees wishing to further their

education.

As you can see, exciting times are ahead.
