Again, don’t be afraid to delegate!
Do not waste your time learning the fine details of your employee’s job. Learn the end result, learn which employee can make that happen, and then have that employee cross train!

MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Arbitrate between the employee and the chief

Always support your boss- never undermine your boss’ authority to your staff.
You personal disagreements should be in private.
MIDDLE MANAGMENT THE REASON YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE
IS BECAUSE YOUR NOT ALONE. Always remember “WE”
Learn from your mistakes, stay interested in your field of expertise.Never stop learning.
Never stop teaching. Your employees are reflection of you. Your
success depends upon their success and with good leadership everyone wins! It comes full circle!
