FROM THE DESK OF ANGIE DUFFY, DFF: January 3 Faith Formation classes resume January 10 CICC class will be having a guest speaker, Fr. Shane Deman
(Vocations Director for the Diocese, Steubenville Coordinator, and Chaplain for Heelan High School). Parents are invited to listen to the talk beginning at 7:00 p.m. Students are asked to arrive before 7:00 p.m. out of respect for the guest speaker.
January 11 First Reconciliation Learning Stations at IC from 6:30-8:00 p.m. This is a mandatory event for both the parents and the 2nd grade Faith For-mation student. It is a come and go event, arrive when you like and leave when you are finished. I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this special time with your child to help strengthen his/her understanding of the importance of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

CLASSES. Wednesday, January 3rd- FF classes resume. 11th and 12th graders to Food
Bank of Siouxland in Sioux City for service project. They will need to leave the FF building by 5:30 pm and have a permission slip on file.
Wednesday, January 10th- 9th and 10th graders to the nursing home for bin-go. KP-CSD early out but still having FF classes.
Thursday, January 11th 4-7 pm- Penance Learning Stations at the FF build-ing. ALL 2ND GRADE STUDENTS AND THEIR PARENT/PARENTS ARE RE-QUIRED TO ATTEND! This is a come and go event this evening- but re-quired.
Sunday, January 14th 1:30 pm- FIRST PENANCE SERVICES FOR ALL 2ND GRAD-ERS AND THEIR PARENTS AT THE CHURCH.
Wednesday, January 17th 7 pm at St. Michael Church- 1st Eucharist parent meeting. THIS MEETING IS REQUIRED FOR PARENTS OF ALL 2ND GRADERS!
Thursday, January 25th time TBA- Fr. Don Calloway will be a guest speaker at the Grotto in West Bend. He is a dynamic speaker and has several popu-lar books out! I would like to take a group to this event- if you are interest-ed in going, please let me know ASAP!
Wednesday, January 31st 4 pm- Blessing of Throats service in the church. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD!!!!! OUR ANNUAL DAD’S BELGIAN WAFFLE BREAK-
