On Tuesday, October 18, the Stark County Safety Council is o�ering a four-hour training session for electrical safety in the workplace and Arc Flash training presented by Jerry Bennett, journeymanelectrician with Hilscher-Clarke Electric. Mr. Bennett is a certi�ed OSHA 502 Outreach Trainer andfor the past eight years, his focus has been on Preventative Maintenance and Testing as well as Arc Flash Analysis for NFPA 70E compliance.
Electrical dangers such as shock, electrocution, electrical explosion, and arc blast will always be present on the job, but a proper electrical training program and strategies can minimize the likelihood of injuries and fatalities.
Register early, space is limited to 40 participants.

This training is conducted by Jerry Bennett, an authorized OSHA 502 Outreach Trainer. He has been instr ucting OSHA 10 hour, OSHA 30 hour, as well as Elec trical Safe Work Practices/NFPA 70E classes since 2004. M r. Bennett is a journeyman electrician with more than eighteen years of experience, being empl oyed with Hilscher-Clarke Electric since 2001. Starti ng in 2007, his focus has been on Preventative Main tenance and Testing as well as Arc Flash Risk A ssessment’s for NFPA 70E compliance. Mr. Bennett is a Lev el I Thermographer with extensive experience in thermal imaging and testing on electrical systems as part of a preventative maintenance program.
