Council Member Hensley moved to adopt Resolution 18-52, followed by a second from Council Member Howard. Mayor Porter asked if there was further discussion. Council Member Strate suggested they use the proceeds from the sale of the Club Heights property to pay off the property so the city was not paying a debt on property it no longer owned. Council Member Hensley withdrew his original motion to allow more discussion (01:54:17). The council discussed the matter further. Council Member Hensley moved to adopt Resolution 18-52 as originally drafted (01:58:24). Council Member Orr seconded the motion. The mayor asked if there was any more discussion, and seeing none, he called the vote: Council Member Hensley - Yes Council Member Stewart - Yes Council Member Strate - No Council Member Howard - Yes Council Member Orr - Yes Resolution 18-52 was adopted.

B. Consideration of Resolution 18-53 - Approving an Agreement With AT&T for Lease of Property at Club Heights Park for a Cell Tower • Mayor Porter suggested they table this item as there had been some new information provided

Council Member Hensley moved to table the item. The motion was seconded by Council Member Howard. The mayor asked if there was further discussion. Council Member Orr asked a question about the cell tower. Mayor Porter said the motion was to table, and the question needed to be on the motion. The mayor called a voice vote, which was unanimous in favor of the motion.
