BJHS Class of 2023 School Splash Tuesday, May 21, 2019 10:00 a.m.— 3:00 p.m.

Behavior: While this event is for all 8th grades students at Bogle Jr. High, students with behavior concerns leading up to the event, may not be allowed to attend. Administration will make the final call on whether a student is allowed to attend. Please make sure that you dis-cuss the importance of finishing the quarter strong. Park Behavior: As visitors of Golfland/Sunsplash, we represent not only Bogle Jr. High but the Chandler Unified School District. Students are ex-pected to follow all park rules at all times. They are required to listen to Lifeguards and Security in the park. Inappropriate behavior in the park may lead to consequences at school. Students Not Attending: Students who choose not to attend or are unable to attend, will report to Bogle Jr. High and have alternate activities for the day. Transportation: Busses will leave Bogle Jr. High promptly at 9:15 a.m. and return to campus by 3:30 p.m. Students will be assigned to a bus and chaperones. All students must ride to and from the park with the school. What to bring: Lunch: Students can br ing money to eat in the park or br ing a sack lunch. If br inging a lunch, students must br ing it labeled in a paper/plastic bag with the name of the student and 3rd Period teacher. (Example : Sally Student, Powell). These will be turned in to student’s 3rd period teacher the morning of the field trip. Lunches will be stored in ice chests and kept at the King Bens Pavilion

which is located to the right of the Golfland Slides behind the castle. Bags:

Upon entrance students will funnel into the bag check which then leads them to the entrance of SunSplash. In the bag check, staff will be checking for outside food, glass containers, weapons, etc. All outside food will need to be placed under King Bens Pavilion,

the only outside food that we allow inside of SunSplash will be factory sealed water bottles (unopened), and empty refillable water bottles. Attire: While students will be allowed to wear swim attire in the park, they must be wearing shirts, shorts/skirt, and shoes when traveling to and from the park. Golfland’s Dress Policy * : Appropriate swim wear is required. Swim wear is defined as an article of clothing, such as a swimsuit, that has been designed to be used in a pool environment. Swim wear should be lined and may not be transparent at any time. Sandals or water shoes are highly encouraged. Revealing swim wear and thong or t-back swim wear bottoms will not be permitted. Cut off jeans, denim clothing, hard metal objects and shoes cannot be worn while riding the water slides. No undergarments may be visible at any time. No profanity/vulgar images or language allowed. Those wearing jean cut-offs or any other street apparel will not be allowed to use the water slides and may be asked to leave the park Other: Remember to bring sunscreen, towel. It may also be helpful to bring a hat, sunglasses.
