TUESDAY 12 SEPTEMBER12.45-13.30 Emerson

Automation Solutions

Showing the information availability of Emerson AMS6500ATG

In the past you could stand in front of your monitoring system, seeing the red and the yellow lights, but not knowing what they really mean.

In this case you can either run to the control room to get more detailed information or…

You can run to your office to look into your protection system, if online. If not, grab you laptop, don’t forget the connection cable go back to the cabinet, establish the connection and look for the details. Or…

Stay relaxed in front of the cabinet, take your smart phone, start ATG View, scan the QR code of the system and start looking into you protection system to check the health of your machine.

Isn’t this a much easier and smoother way than in the past?

15.15-15.45 Dickson Bearings

Dickson Bearings will be demonstrating the latest generation of reliability tools from SKF. The new Enlight Sensor is a vibration sensor that connects to Tablets and Phones to give vibration data about the health of bearings and other rotating equipment. It is suitable for all levels of experience. We look forward to meeting you there and demonstrating the Enlight Sensor.

WEDNESDAY 13 SEPTEMBER8.15-8.45 Spectro Scientific Spectro Scientific will provide a demonstration of the MiniLab 53 oil

analysis system. Designed specifically for the industry workbench, MiniLab suites provide all the critical routine oil analysis parameters, and meet or exceed the specifications found in traditional offsite contract laboratories. MiniLab suites have, at their core , software that integrates the data from all the testing modules or tools, and combines them into a simple report. All the important condition tests for wear, chemistry and contamination are addressed.

10.30-11.00 AVT Reliability AVT Reliability is pleased to announce the recent ATEX and IECEx certification of its Machine Sentry® condition monitoring product.

The Machine Sentry® predictive technology platform integrates a wide range of condition monitoring techniques as well as watchkeeping data into one easy to access database (fully inclusive of thermography, oil analysis, vibration, visual inspection, planned maintenance, process parameters and lubrication management). It provides the first fully integrated and effective Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) solution to the industry today. This enables effective maintenance planning and reporting.

13.15-14.00 ARMS Reliability

ARMS Reliability shall demonstrate and present their OnePM ‘Asset Strategy Management’ software as well as the Isograph suite of Reliability tools. Although software is only part of any solution, implementation and understanding of key concepts are equally as important to ensure companies achieve their business goals. While asset management concepts can seem complicated and challenging, the ARMS Reliability and Isograph tools equip companies to more effectively embrace maintenance, reliability and availability concepts with confidence.
