TUBE ICE
Tube ice is a type of regular cylindrical ice with hollow
heart.
We have four dimensions of external diameters, 22, 25,29and
35mm,with depth of 25~42mm. The crystal clearice is quite stylish
and attractive, brings a unique flavor toconsumption and
entertainment.
Mello tube ice machine adopts modular design, very easy
tooperate. The ice is pure and thick, has longer melting time,which
caters to many occasions.Very suitable to use for dailyice
consumption,fresh maintenance, aquatic food processing,ice plant,
and gas station etc.
Application
How tube ice being produced
When refrigeration system begins operating normally, the water
is introduced to theice generator. By way of the circulation
working of refrigerant, the water that introducedinto the stainless
steel tubes is frosted into an ice tube with a hollow heart. The
insidegas pressure reach a certain amount, the machine
automatically changes to ice defrostmode. During the ice defrost
process, the hot gas is introduced into the ice generator,
the water stops feeding. When the high temperature of gas
defrosts the out layer ofice tubes, the whole ice tube drops down
due to gravity force. The spinning ice bladescut the long ice tube
into short ice tube pieces at a desired height. When the ice
defrostis done, the next ice generation process begins.
