We all remember our first conference touch points with AIESEC, may it have been positive or negative. The Facilitators play a big role in determining its success, and here is now an opportunity for you to train in becoming one yourself!

Improving your facilitation and training skills will allow you to unlock the trainer within, by leveraging the resources of your audience and cultivating the right mindsets, behaviours and attitudes that will allow us to grow AIESEC in Malaysia like never before.

We are therefore thrilled to welcome you to the seminar-style experience of TtT, a chance for you to develop yourself in order to enable the development of others, all while learning new concepts in training.

We hope that this experience will help you unleash the trainer within and enable you to impact the AIESEC journey of others!

Take your time to read through the booklet, and should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us!

“Practice is the hardest part of learning, and training is the essence of transformation.”

The conference flow that we have prepared for you consists in the delivery of three ingredients to make up the perfect facilitator, namely all the key concepts you need to know about the art of facilitation (blue session block), the essential soft skills you need to develop within you to become an effective trainer (red session block) and a practical space for you to actually apply what you have learned throughout the conference (green session block).

TtT starts on Friday at 17:00 and ends on Sunday at 17:30, but due calculate suitable margins for yourself in case there are any delays in the agenda.

For this second semester, TtTs will be held in 4 locations across Malaysia to enable any member to have access to this training experience.
