Our surveillance systems rely on the following types of

High Definition Network based video cameras (IP

Cameras) An internet protocol camera, or IP camera, is a type of digital video camera commonly employed for surveillance, and which, unlike analogue, closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras can send and receive data via a computer network and the internet. Only the best cameras will be selected for each Position as calculated by state of the art SDT calculator. No Thumb sucking.

Network Video Recorders (NVR)

With a Network Video Recorder (NVR) the video is stored on a hard drive. However, a

Security Network Video Recorder (NVR) allows the Remote Offsite Monitoring controller

to view and have access to the data via a network.

Strobe lights

A Security Strobe Light is so powerful it is visible for miles and scares off unwanted intruders and

indicates any unwanted activity visually. The security strobe lights are a visual indicator of an alarm.

Horns and Speakers

Security Horns and Speakers allows audio interaction between intruders and remote offsite

monitoring personnel to interact letting the intruders know that the premises is being watched and

that their every move is being recorded.

Beams

Security Beams is the laser light that shines to indicate a secure perimeter. Security beams will alert

the Remote Offsite Monitoring personnel that an intruder has entered the unauthorized area.

Passives sensor

Security passive sensors are placed in strategic rooms or areas and will let the onsite or offsite

personnel know that an intruder has entered a room or area.

GPS Units for tracking

GPS Units can be installed on any moving object e.g. a car or bus that allows for tracking and can be remotely monitored to see where the object is moving.

Solar Panels and UPS for continues uptime

As power interruptions are a reality, steps to minimize downtime can be taken by having a system connected to a UPS. Solar panels is also used in remote areas where cabling is just not feasible.

Risk Assessment

TTS offers a Risk Assessments that will help you identify the problematic security areas that the surveillance system needs to address. TTS utilizes Avigilon’s SDT (System design tool) to accurately calculate the pixels on target for each camera as well as the correct storage and throughput per server to ensure we do not overload the servers. Thus giving TTS the edge knowing the CCTV system will run smoothly without any problems. We do not thumb suck which camera or server to use like all our competitors out there.

TTS operates from a secured control room.

Access can only be gained by a thumb print. There are several steps to be

followed in order to enter the secure domain of operations. TTS’s control

room houses state of the art surveillance and security equipment that allows

our specially trained operators to remotely monitor all our security sites.

Our onsite and offsite monitoring are securely set up and can only be

accessed by authorised personnel.

Equipped with the necessary power backups, such as generators and UPS

systems, TTS’s control room is never without power. Rotation of staff ensures

that our security systems and surveillance sites are always under

observation, ensuring 100% monitoring at any time in our Control room.
