The ClientSchools.
The ProjectEvery school in Aotearoa have a 10ypp/5ya plan. This needs to be completed by a certified professional project manager. To be certified, you need to have completed the ministry of education training (WebFM and advanced property course) run by the ministry of education.
The ChallengeTo make sure all stakeholders (school principals, property people, BOT’s, school property advisors, teachers/students and project managers) have informed information to make sure the get the best plan possible for their buildings and teaching areas. Trying to get input from all parties is a challenge in itself so TTPM try to engage as many stakeholders as possible to contribute.
The ResultA realistic plan which will be completed within the budget allocated and all stakeholders agree to.
The TTPM AdvantageTTPM have a process which has worked well in over 24 plans which have been accepted by the ministry of education over the last 2 years. Our process is listed below:

school, roofs, gates, fences, elevations etc.3. Discuss MLE form with principal, teachers, whom ever can help with these forms4. Collate and enter condition assessment into webfm for the ministry5. Discuss in detail with all people concerned about projects, maintenance, ext/int painting, mowing, and fields. 6. Discuss roll growth for the next 5 years7. Gather information and look to complete projects over a 10yr period. Cyclical and capital works8. Input information into the website and developing the plan. Once complete send it back to principal, property manager,
and BOT for approval to send to the ministry.
