MOOVINATOR-LT

Series filter receivers are low in price and big on features.

LT filters are avaible in three sizes and numerous

configurations. With a convey line size of 1.5” to 3”

diameter, there is a Moovinator to handle nearly any

process. All are tool free quick take apart and feature a

hinged clean air plenum and tube sheet.

Robust construction with heavy wall shells, thick flanges

and TIG welded construction will provide years of reliable

service. State of the art construction and workmanship

add to the asthetics of the plant environment.

COMPOSITE CONSTRUCTION

Spun one piece housing is mated to a stainless steel exo-

skeleton built from a laser cut and folded stock. Composite

construction eliminates time consuming wedling all the while

providing robust construction.

TOP LOADED FILTER MEDIA

Filter media is accessed through the top of housing. Clean air

plenum and tube sheet are on a common hinge mechanism.

Snap bands on filter media allow for tool free install and

removeal. Filter cages are simple slide in without the need for

tools and feature an integral venturi for enhanced pulse jet

filter clean.

SOLID SEPERATOR INLET

Tipped inlet effectively seperates air and solids before entering

filter plenum. This results in high performance filtration of even

the finest powders such as carbon, activated charcoal and

corn starches.

DISCHARGE OPTIONS

MOOVINATOR can be fitted with either a powered butterfly

valve discharge or continuous rotary airlock for continuous

discharging of solids. Both methods allow for dust-tight

discharging.
