San Martin projectSediment-hosted Cu-Ag in Peru▪ Large, unexplored sediment-hosted high-grade copper-silver district in Peru

▪ Style, commodity and country for the majors, Central African copper belt copper-belt analogy. First mover into basin;

▪ Exploration target of considerable scale. Permit applications now cover 35,400 haand provide Hannan with first mover advantage of an area exceeding 72km ofstrike and up to 7km width over two anticlinal trends;

▪ First prospected area, mineralized boulders (>0.1% copper) range in grade from0.1% to 8.3% copper and 0.2 g/t silver to 109 g/t silver with an average grade of2.8% copper and 27.2 g/t silver over 15 kilometre area

▪ Teams now on the ground from May-Sept 2019 to prospect/define mineralizationover 110 kilometres

All the hallmarks of a significant sediment hosted Cu-Ag district

The host rocks are Jurassic to LowerCretaceous, deposited within an intra-continental basin.

Hannan is attracted by the geological setting ofthis mineralization, an analogue to the ZambianCopper Belt:

✓ stratigraphic sequence✓ basin architecture ✓ host rock age ✓ unique attributes✓ long lived basin✓ extensive evaporites ✓ major glacial event

Project Strategy

• Follow up float over a large area – lots more copper to be discovered

• Collect intellectual property (IP) over the Huallaga north basin• Why – we are first movers, lack of regional

data, OPPORTUNITY. Copper showings exists over 120 km x 50km to date.

• The public geological map is gravely incorrect -> OPPORTUNITY

• What type of IP? • Stream sediment samples,

interpretation remote data, seismic from the petroleum industry.

• Need to define the best part of the system within our claims (or elsewhere)…
