– High Schools completed the week of February 21st

– Start Middle and Elementary Schools week of February 28 th, estimate completion the end of March.

– TST will be contacted ahead of time regarding date of networking and next steps

– Print Drivers will be loaded at the same time– Gain ability to print to any device in the school– Packets contain copies of instructions for secure print

The Xerox Help Desk provides remote support through 1st and/or 2nd tier triage.

Process is managed thru team of technical agents as well as remote proactive monitoring support, alert monitoring, and remote resolution.

Calls are escalated to the onsite/dispatch support team when necessary for call resolution.

1) Confirm site list - Complete

2) Complete Design Guidelines - Complete

3) Perform the Assessment – In Process Visit each school and identify what is currently in your environment.

4) Create the Future State Recommendation Package & Initiate Validation process – In Process Document recommendations for what would be the optimized design for each school. Review design with principals Receive feedback on unique needs

5) Obtain Validation Validate the current design is correct Validate the future design meets needs

6) Optimization Removal identified printers and copiers

7) Transition to Steady State Optimized state
