EvaluationEvery training course delivered on behalf of TSSP is evaluated by the delegate, not just on the makeup of the course but also to measure their own progress.

TSSP also undertake a six month post course evaluation to ensure the sustainability of learning. This is done on an ad-hoc basis and a dip sample of evaluations is lifted from each course. The delegates who are chosen at random to be part of the dip sample will be contact, usually by email and asked a series of questions relating to what learning they took back into the workplace after a training course, and how the service user has benefited from their attendance at that particular training course.
