OPENING HOURS Winter hours: The institute is open daily from 8:30am to 12:30pm and from 2:30pm to 6pm. The fi tness area and the hammam are open daily from 8:30am to 8pm. (The hammam closes at 6:30pm on Monday, and the sauna closes at 6:30pm on Tuesday.)

Summer hours (June, July and August): The institute is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 12:30pm and from 2:30pm to 8pm, and Sunday from 8:30am to 12:30pm. The fi tness area and the hammam are open daily from 8:30am to 8pm. (Both close at 6:30pm on Monday.) The pool is not accessible outside of scheduled classes.

BOOKINGSFor your convenience, we recommend that you reserve your treatments by calling the institute directly. Tel.: +33 (0)4 95 29 40 50, ext. 411. Reach us from 8:30am to 12:30pm and from 2:30pm to 6pm (UT+1). Our receptionists will be happy to offer advice and to guide you in making your selections. We advise you to reserve your treatments in advance to ensure availability. Reservations constitute a confi rmed booking. For clients not staying at the hotel and for all reservations by telephone, bookings must be guaranteed by credit card. The published rates are indicative and are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION / LATE POLICYIf you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you do so at least 4 hours before your session. After this period, all non-canceled sessions will be

charged. In case of delay, we reserve the right to reduce the duration of your treatment by the time equivalent to the delay.

THE TIME TO TAKE YOUR TIMEIn order to enjoy your treatments in complete serenity, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your session begins.

ACCESS TO TREATMENTSSandals must be worn inside the institute. To access the fi tness area, appropriate sports clothing and shoes are required. Our rates include the loan of a robe and towels. Disposable underwear is available for use during your treatments. Some treatment programs or treatments are not suitable for pregnant women. Moreover, a selection of beauty treatments may be offered. It is the customer’s responsibility to state, in writing, that she is pregnant at the time of reservation. The medical certifi cate from her GP confi rming the absence of contra-indication with respect to thalassotherapy treatments or hamman is mandatory for any pregnant woman irrespective of the number of days of treatment. Our thalassotherapy treatments are intended only for guests aged 18 years and over. Only certain treatments or special offers are available for minors aged 14 years or over. Please contact us for more details. Parental consent is mandatory for any treatments or special offers for minors aged 14 years and over. For seawater spa programs of less than four days, you will be required to sign a release form before starting your treatments. We ask that you share with us any useful information concerning your state of health and any allergies or injuries at the time of booking. This will allow us to provide an appropriate service to meet your needs. Our massages are nontherapeutic wellness treatments carried out by beauticians and hydrotherapists.
