Solbruk M 0-2 is a ready mixed lightweight dry masonry mortar. Just add water. Solbruk M 0-2 is made for mortaring and renovating of masonry and joints above and below ground.

The advantages of Solbruk M 0-2 are: low weight, good binding power, insulating effect in the joints and energy savings. Solbruk M 0-2 is waterproof fireproof and frost proof..

One bag of Solbruk M 0-2 weighs only 17,5 kilo. Compared to traditional mortars that weighs 25 kilo per bag. Solbruk M 0-2 gives about 13 liters ready mix., approximately the same as the traditional 25 kilo bag.

Solbruk P 0-2

Solbruk T is a special shotcrete developed as a part of the RockDrain Waterproofing Concept for use in tunnels and underground facilities. Solbruk T is water-, frost- and fireproof.

Can also be used outside the RockDrain Waterproofing Concept to obtainthe mentioned advantages in other constructions such as caverns, shelters, parking houses and mines.

Application: Can be sprayed wet or dry shotcreting.

Drain NetOur patented innovative Drain Net is designed by Swedish experts with tunnel experience for more than 45 years.

One of the challenges within tunnels and underground facilities industry is to drain the water from the tunnel cross-section/roof, and down into the ground drain system.

The drain net weight is 470 gram m2. Mounting of the net is easy. Standard tool needed is only a handheld HILTI or similar. See illustration.

Completing a motorway ring route around the city, it will unlock Auckland’s potential to become a truly world class city, combatting regional congestion and creating a direct, time-saving link between the


International Airport and CBD.

Hallandsaasen – Sweden

Timer Solutions AS delivered the full RockDrain waterproofing and drainage system for concluding test ordered by Swedish Transport Administration. As a consequence of the full scale test result in the newly opened KATTLEBERG TRAIN-TUNNEL – The Swedish Transport Administration has asked IVL to monitor an additional test to confirm the results from Kattleberg. The results concluded that the test results in Kattleberg are confirmed as successful.The shotcreting was very satisfactorily with controlled quality, and the surface looks smooth with a good finish. A compressive strength tests was done with instruments from CBI - Swedish Concrete Institute. The compressive strength is high; after 1 hour it was measured to 2.8 MPA. The requirement is 1 MPA after 1 hour. This means that all other kinds of work in the tunnel can start up again after a short period of time.After 2 hours the compressive strength was measured to 6.4 MPA. Upon inspection of the sprayed area (the day after spraying) the test persons noted that a humid area (drip) high in roof of the tunnel was now dry.

Conclusion: All over, the result is very good, and confirms and even improves the results monitored by IVL from The Kattleberg Train Tunnel that was opened for traffic autumn 2012. The shotcreting was done in one single action, 70 mm thick. The surface is significantly better than ordinary shotcrete. The compressive strength is high. Our complete concept is draining the groundwater, water-, frost- and fireproofing the tunnel. The complete concept builds only 80-90mm on the ordinary permeable shotcrete normally used in tunnels.

Kattleberg-tunnel, Sweden

A railroad tunnel approximately 30 km north of Gothenburg, Sweden.Full-scale test of the RockDrain Concept was undertaken in the Kattleberg tunnel.

THE ROCK DRAIN CONCEPT has over the past 8 years been developed and installed for test and live installations. The results of the preliminary test from Trafikverket – The Swedish Transport Administration for Rail and Road implementation ordered a full scale test in KATTLEBERG TRAIN TUNNEL.

After completion a full scale test was executed together with:

IVL – Swedish Environmental Research Institute SP – Technical Research Institute of Sweden CBI – Swedish Cement and Concrete Research Institute Several of Norway’s and Sweden’s major construction companies

Their studies have given these results, as compared to other existing solutions:
