Surf the Fibre Wave Promotion Terms & Conditions

• The Surf the Fibre Wave Promotion is valid only with a signed, one year contract/agreement with Logic.

• Customers must sign up for 1 of the 5 existing Fuse or Logic TV bundles to qualify for the promotion.

• A valid credit card number belonging to the customer subscribing to the Surf the Fibre Wave promotion must be provided at the time of signing the agreement to be kept on file.

• Existing wireless customers who boost their service to a Fibre Bundle will qualify for the promotion.

• Logic bills are generated the first day of each month and due on the 15th of the current month.

• If bills are not paid by the last day of the month a $10 late fee will apply.• Any customers who sign up for the promotion and are found to have an

outstanding balance with Logic will be required to clear the balance in order to sign-up and qualify for the promotion.

• Please note that the Ultimate TV package/bundle already includes the HBO/Max pack (Premium pack) therefore there will be no additional credit given for the HBO/Max pack.

• The install fee of $199 will be waived for all customers signing up for the Surf the Fibre Wave promotion.

• The scheduled monthly fee will be waived the first month upon signing up for the Surf the Fibre Wave Promotion.
