Carmella Hunt is the relationship manager for DESSC with Trutex. She facilitated the setup of the school operation and now leads the continued successful execution of uniform supply for DESS and DESC. She is of huge benefit to the business. Specifically, Carmella has:-
• Supplied valuable background information regarding issues in the past with both uniform quality and supply from previous supplier.
• Played a strong role in organising and running parents' question and answer sessions. • Liaised between teachers and Trutex in regards to special requirements or issues. • Saved valuable time in the initial stages re sample approvals. • Provided approvals for logos in a timely manner. • Supported Trutex in the organisation of our major back to school event. • Assisted in putting in place agreement and layout for the two school shops. • Has been direct contact for parents who had any issues. • Continues to facilitate the sharing of information about sales events and new stock
arrival to parents through the Communicator. • Is playing a major part in ensuring orders for additional items required are ordered to
delivery timescales.
Overall DESS and DESC is one of the first schools to allocate a dedicated school uniform resource to work with us and it has proved to be very worthwhile in streamlining activities, reducing the burden on senior leadership, ensuring parents are well informed and, where arising, quickly resolving any problems. The school and we are able to deal with business quickly and with ease.
