Apollo’s Certified Roofing Care Program is our most thorough program to assist commercial industrial building owners and managers in caring for their roof systems. Our Certified Roofing Care Program allows us to serve you faster and also helps save you money on your roof systems, as you will have fewer crisis roof leaks and your roofs will last longer. That is a winning combination!

Apollo’s Certified Roofing Care Program includes the following:

• A complete on-site roof inspection • A roof map showing key components of the

roof, all roof deficiencies and where they occur on the roof system

• A photo journal of the roof itself and all areas where repairs are necessary

• Proposals for any necessary emergency roof repair work, deferred or preventative maintenance work, roof cleaning and reroofing if needed.

Another great feature of our Certified Roofing Care Program is our online portal which is especially beneficial for those of you who have significant real estate portfolios to watch over. You can log in and see all of your information at a glance. You will be able to see where each leak has been completed on your roof map and also an ongoing list of recommendations for immediate roof repairs, roof maintenance or reroofing. Simply put, our Certified Roofing Care Program will assist you in managing your properties more efficiently by decreasing crisis roof leaks, prolonging roof life and helping you budget more accurately. Finally, it helps all of us stay in better control of our schedules and we all love that!

A complete onsite roof inspection was conducted. Core cut reveals deck, insulation, membrane, approximate roof age and construction.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT CONT. - 4099 OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY

Certified Roofing Care Success! Apollo Roofing has added years to this 20+ year old roof’s lifespan and decreased crisis roof leaks.

A photo journal of the roof and all necessary repairs is prepared along with a proposal addressing those deficiencies item by item.

After the deficiencies are labeled, it is time for our team to go to work!

We had to scrape/spud the existing gravel away from the edges, expansion joints and everywhere work was being done. Not the easiest of work - but important if you want to do the job correctly.

Repairs were made. Note that safety precautions are always first and foremost in place!

New flashing installed at penetrations which are most prone to leakage.

Winter Weather Woes

Thankful as we all are for the roofs over our heads keeping us warm and dry this winter it is important for us not to neglect those same roofs. Winter weather can be especially stressful to roofing systems. In winter when it rains or snows and then melts, that water will seek out the cracks in your roof surface. As the temperature drops again and refreezes those tiny cracks are stretched and widened - a process that repeats again and again. The damage caused by extreme temperatures is an excellent reason to contact us today, so we can catch potential problems early, prolong the lifespan of your roof, and decrease crisis roof leaks. Everyone wins!
