› HologramsHolograms are not only versatile with respect to application and design — they are also unique, appealing security features that provide a high level of protection against counterfeiting. With these security features, specialists as well as laypersons can easily verify product authenticity. To make products even more secure we combine appealing holograms with other security features in our Housing-Seals and Quality-Seals.

› Quality-SealQuality-Seals allow for direct and immediate authentication of documents or products. The flexible combination of overt and covert security features makes the Quality-Seals attractive for many fields of application and raises the hurdle for potential product counterfeiters.

› Housing-SealHardware, too, must be protected against forbidden access. Security labels provide protection against tampering for plastic or metal housings. It is not possible to remove the seal without destroying the label. Any attempt at removing the seal is clearly indicated as a previously hidden pattern is revealed. Color-shifting ink in the top material provides first proof of authenticity.

Overt features such as holograms and color-shifting inks enable quick authenti-cation by customers or dealers. Covert features include LaserSecure serve to help investigate complaints and to ward off unjustified warranty claims. Digital security features such as KeySecure and BitSecure make use of com-puter-generated, highly encrypted codes and were created for authentication via Internet or mobile hand-held devices.

› Schreiner LogiData is a specialist for RFID products and RFID system solutions. In its capacity as develop-mental partner of our customers, this Com-petence Center implements customized RFID

applications, manufactures RFID labels, RFID tickets, and RFID cards with integrated transponder, generates functional specifi-cations, customer requirements specifications, and feasibility studies and provides qualified follow-up support.
