UCSI UNIVERSITY TRUST SPORTS BURSARY
• Pass the minimum grade set by the respective faculties at UCSI College/UCSI University.• Maintain their sports achievements throughout their studies at UCSI College/UCSI University at state or national level.• Serve and contribute towards the promotion of sports activities at UCSI College/UCSI University.
Successful recipients must:
This Bursary is open to any Malaysian state or national athlete who enrolled in any of the foundation programmes (leading to a degree*) or any diploma or degree* programmes at UCSI University.
Successful state athlete applicants will be awarded a partial tuition fee waiver while national athlete applicants will receive a full tuition fee waiver for the undergraduate study period at UCSI University. Applicants must be a State or National Athlete*** verified by the National Sports Council of Malaysia and the respective Sports Association.

TAN SRI AHMAD RAZALI MERIT SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
Successful recipients must:
Musical achievements in instrumental or vocal performance.Applicants must attend a compulsory scholarship audition.
Music Scholarship
• Maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.75 for every semester. Recipients with a CGPA lower than that will have their Scholarship Awards revoked.• Notify UCSI University of acceptance within 2 weeks of being o�ered the twin-sharing university accommodation. The o�er will be withdrawn and will not be redeemable or exchangeable for cash after the 2 week period should there be no notification of acceptance.

The Tan Sri Ahmad Razali (TSAR) Merit Scholarship Award is o�ered to deserving students who demonstrate excellent academic achievements and exemplary leadership attributes, participate actively in extracurricular activities, community involvement and have received outstanding recognition due to notable achievement.
Named after the late Tan Sri Ahmad Razali (Chairman, Board of Governors from 1998 to 2001), the scholarship award provides full fee waiver (tuition, facilities and lab), on-campus accommodation and monthly allowance throughout the student's undergraduate study period at UCSI University. Books and laptop allowances will also be provided.
The TSAR Merit Scholarship Award is only open to Malaysian students who are enrolled in any degree programme at UCSI University.

• This Education Grant provides partial tuition fee waiver for the candidates who demonstrate good academic achievements and active participation in extracurricular activities. The Education Grant entitlement corresponds to the academic achievements obtained. Tuition fee waiver will be granted according to the academic achievements.

Successful recipients must:
• Maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.00 for every semester, below which the Education Grant will be revoked.• Successful applicants are to pay any miscellaneous fees and other fees that are not covered by the education grant.
• To continue the scholarship, successful applicants are required to apply for the UCSI University Trust Scholarship using Diploma/Degree Year 1 results. Shortlisted applicants are required to undergo a scholarship interview and the continuation of scholarship will be subject to the decision made by the scholarship selection committee.

The UCSI University Trust Scholarship is open to Malaysian students who enrolled in any of the foundation programmes (leading to degree) or any diploma or degree programmes at UCSI College/UCSI University. The scholarship is o�ered to students who demonstrate outstanding academic acheivements, leadership attributes, participate actively in extracurricular activities and community involvements.
Current UCSI students who have excellent academic grades and a track record of at least one year while at UCSI University, may apply for the Scholarship.
This scholarship o�ers full or partial tuition fee waivers for the student’s undergraduate study period at UCSI College/UCSI University.

The UCSI University Trust A-Level Scholarship is o�ered to new students who pursue the Cambridge GCE A-Level programme at UCSI College.
The UCSI University Trust Pre-U Scholarship is o�ered to new students who pursue a Foundation programme in Science or Arts at UCSI University.
Those who obtained at least 5As in the SPM or 3As in the IGCSE O-Level exams in 2018 are eligible for consideration.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONSApart from the specific terms and conditions prescribed for each scholarship/bursary/grant, all applicants must:1. Be a registered full-time student at UCSI College/UCSI University, satisfy the qualifying criteria and English requirements (SPM, MUET,
IELTS or TOEFL etc) set by the respective school/faculty for the respective programme including an admission interview or entrance audition and placement tests.
2. In the event that a successful applicant does not fulfil the university’s English requirements, he/she is to take additional English course(s) at UCSI University concurrently with undergraduate programme and the successful applicant is to cover the cost for the English course.
3. Complete the UCSI University Trust Scholarship/Bursary/Grant application form obtained either at UCSI University Trust O�ce, at the UCSI College/UCSI University or downloaded from www.ucsiuniversity.edu.my or www.ucsiuniversitytrust.com
4. Furnish true and accurate information, failing which their application will be disqualified without prior notice.5. Forecast result is accepted for application if the o�cial result has not been released at the point of new intake.6. Submit application form to the UCSI University Trust before the submission deadlines. (Please refer to the instructions on submission)7. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.8. Produce certified true copies of examination results and other supporting documents stipulated in the form during the interview.9. NOT be bonded to or be a recipient of any financial aid or award/scholarship/bursary from other educational institutions or organisations.10. As there is a limited number of award/scholarship/bursary/grant allocated, o�er will be made based on a first-come-first basis.
APPLICATION PROCESS1. Applicants who meet the requirements to register for the selected programme and pay the registration fee.2. Applicants to submit the application form with UCSI University/UCSI College Letter of Acceptance to UCSI University Trust.3. UCSI University Trust to verify the eligibility, thereafter to prepare O�er Letter and Agreement and email to successful applicants.4. Upon receiving Notice of Acceptance and Agreement from successful application, UCSI University Trust to notify GFO to update IIS.
Other Terms and Conditions1. For TSAR Scholarship, UCSI University Trust Sports Bursary and UCSI University Trust Scholarship, shortlisted applicants will be notified by the UCSI
University Trust via email or sms of the date, time and venue of the interview.2. Successful applicants will be informed by the UCSI University Trust via email within 2 weeks after the interview. They must confirm acceptance of the
scholarship within 2 weeks, failing which the scholarship o�er will be automatically withdrawn.3. The scholarship/bursary/grant awarded is in the form of tuition fee waiver for the programme and duration o�ered and is neither transferable to another
candidate nor exchangeable for cash.4. Successful applicants are to pay any miscellaneous fees and other fees that are not covered by the scholarship/bursary/grant which shall include but not
limited to the semesterly Medical Plan payment applicable. 5. Successful applicants have to sign an agreement with the UCSI University Trust and observe the terms and conditions as set therein.6. Successful applicants must maintain their discipline, attendance and good behaviour throughout their studies at UCSI College/University.7. Successful applicants are to participate actively in the institution’s sports, extracurricular and other relevant activities.8. Successful applicants are to voluntarily contribute e�ort and time to be involved in various workplace and community projects by UCSI College/UCSI
University and the UCSI University Trust (30 – 100 points per long semester or 15 – 50 points per short semester). 9. All information provided by the successful applicants must be true and correct. If inaccurate information is provided, the scholarship/bursary/grant will be
withdrawn without prior notice. 10. Scholarship/Bursary/Grant may be terminated at any time in the event of gross misconduct or failure to meet the required academic grades. 11. Successful applicants agree to pay back the scholarship/bursary/grant amount received up to date in case of withdrawal.12. In the event of a dispute on the eligibility for the scholarship/bursary/grant, the decision made by the Scholarship Selection Committee is final and no
appeals will be entertained.13. The UCSI University Trust reserves the right to decide on the quantum and number of scholarships/bursary/grant to be awarded or revoked.14. For the continuation of the scholarship, successful applicants are required to apply for the UCSI University Trust Scholarship using Diploma Year 1/
Bachelor’s Degree Year 1 result. Shortlisted applicants are required to undergo a scholarship interview and will be subject to the decision made by the Scholarship Selection Committee.
