About our Trunnions

Attached simply to the rotary table of practically any indexer,

MMS trunnion fixtures eliminate multiple setups in product runs

and allow machine operators to precisely modify three different

part surfaces without repeatedly changing cumbersome clamps

and vises that create costly downtime. And because they are

constructed of heavy-duty cast iron, MMS trunnion table fixtures

are highly rigid and durable—built to withstand long-term, re-

peated use in even the most demanding shop environments.

Available in a variety of standard sizes with free center height

alterations, or in custom configurations.

MMS Manufactures Trunnion tables to any rotary on the mar-

ket today. The Stallion 9 x 23 is one of our standard sizes make

of class 35 cast iron with a special mix of toughness and dura-

bility. 23” Trunnion makes space for double-station Vises

For heavy off center milling and drilling we recommend our

clamping outboard braking system providing 1500 to 3500

inch lbs of clamping torque

We cut a PO on Tuesday for a unit and a second QC

plate. We are excited to eliminate machining

With a 60 second change over from vise to chuck or fixture to fixture, it speeds up the change from a finished piece to the blank stock for the next run. Stallion Braking Systems

Our Stallion Braking System is recommended for any company trying to reduce costs by increasing accura-

cy. Stock Rotary Table braking systems do not ac-count for torqueing effect due to large size parts. Our braking system accounts for this problem by adding a brake to the opposite side eliminating production er-rors. We include our braking system with all Large Se-ries Stallion Trunnions and recommend our braking

system on all Trunnions we sell.
