HOI ANFor an insight into the history of the area, the charming old town of Hoi An, 30 km away, is home to quaint lanes with age-old shops and chic restaurants. Discover the multi-cultural influences on the town’s architecture, where traditional Vietnamese designs blend with influences from the French, Chinese and Japanese colonial eras. Known as the ‘town of tailors’, Hoi An’s enchanting appeal is best experienced in the evening, when the electricity is turned o� and the town’s sights are illuminated by an array of vibrantly coloured lanterns.

SON TRA NATIONAL CONSERVATION PARKHeading to the mountainside, guests can explore the rich forest terrain and the many plant and animal species in the Son Tra National Conser-vation Park. Its peak is Son Tra Mountain which is 693 metres above sea level. The whole peninsula is about 60 square kilometres, connected to Danang by one of the longest suspension cable bridge in Vietnam: ThuanPhuoc Bridge. The bridge first opened in July 2009 and is one of the most popular tourism attractions in the region.

CAFÉ SUA DA (VIETNAMESE COFFEE)A traditional Vietnamese co�ee recipe, café sua da literally means “milk co�ee with ice”. In North Vietnam it is also called café nau da – iced brown co�ee. Co�ee was introduced to Vietnam by French colonists in the late 19th century. Vietnam quickly became a strong exporter of co�ee and ranked second only to Brazil. Because of limitations on the availability of fresh milk at that time, the French and Vietnamese began to use sweetened condensed milk with a dark roast co�ee. Your delegates can savour this authentic and unique Vietnamese drink, lovingly prepared the traditional way, so they can take back delicious memories.

MASTER CHEF ANH TUYETFamous Hanoi cook builds up global reputation Anh Tuyet, a famous chef in Hanoi, is known to many people for her authentic Vietnamese dishes. “In the 1930s my maternal grandma was a cook for some French men and I used to help her, so I learned my cooking skills from her,” she recalled. We are very honour to have Mrs. Anh Tuyet to work very closely with us as a culinary consultant and trainer. A session with her will help your delegates to discover more about the elegant yet charming Vietnamese cusine.
