Module 6 – User Interface

• Six interface LED lights provide feedback on- Proper installation

- Humidity demand

- Cleaning requirements

- Fault reporting

• Two interface buttons provide means to address LED light feedback

Power

• “Power” LED- Provides installer checkout

Solid green indicates correct installation Solid green + blinking red Service light indicates

incorrect installation

Provides installer fast verification Provides installer fast verification to reduce labor timeto reduce labor time

Humidifying

• "Humidifying” LED- Solid green indicates the heating element has

turned on to boil water

- If LED is not illuminated, it indicates humidity call is not present

Clean Tank

• “Clean Tank” LED- Blinking yellow: Draining active

- Solid yellow: Draining complete, tank is empty When tank is empty, it can be removed for manual

cleaning

Call Service

• “Call Service” LED- Solid RED: Error found

User must press and hold the ‘RESET’ button to find out what’s wrong

- Blinking RED: Number of blinks corresponds with troubleshooting guide User must press and hold the ‘RESET’ button again to

clear the blinking RED light

Press Reset

• “Press Reset” LED- Blinks when:

Unit is plugged in Water tank reconnected after manual cleaning

• “Reset” Button- Immediately takes TrueSTEAM out of standby mode.- Also clears “service” light and cancels “clean tank” flush cycle.

Press Empty

• “Press Empty” LED- Blinks when Manual cleaning is needed:

If tank drains slower than desired during an automatic-cleaning

After 12 months per recommendation to clean once per year

Override Draining

• When ‘Clean Tank’ is blinking if Empty is pressed again, the tank will drain regardless of water temperature.

• When using this feature, the water temperature may be above the temperature limit of the drain outlet, use caution when draining.
