Preface:Newberg OR LLC, an affiliate of Commercial Development Company (CDC), St. Louis, MO purchased the Westrock Paper Mill located at 13001 Wynooski St. Newberg, OR on September 17, 2020.

Industrial Asset Recovery Group, LLC - (IARG), another affiliate of CDC, is charged with conducting an orderly liquidation of all of the assets at the site. The asset recovery process will be done in stages. This stage of our liquidation program is a Request For Quotation for the Truck Dumps and Scales located at the plant. BIDDERS ARE INVITED TO BID ON THE ENTIRE INVENTORY!
