General DesiGn & Description The TRU-SPEC® 24-7 Series™ 6.5oz. 65/35 Polyester Cotton Rip-Stop w/Teflon® Coating Tactical Jumpsuit features two signature 24-7 Series™ bellowed and flapped chest pockets with hook and loop closures with left pocket having a pencil stall. It has two vertical chest document pockets with hidden zipper closures. There shall be a large zippered inside mesh pocket in the upper back. There are 2 deep front slashed pockets, 2 Signature 24-7 Series™ cargo pockets with hook and loop closure flaps and bellowed side gussets and 2 Signature 24-7 Series™ back pockets with hook and loop closure flaps. 2 cell phone/magazine pockets with hook and loop closure flaps shall be attached to the outside of the cargo pockets. It has a front zipper closure and a Mandarin collar with hook and loop closure, gusseted sleeves and a bi swing back. Waist is adjustable using hook and loop straps and tabs and shall have belt keeper loops. Also, it has reinforced knees with inside openings for knee pad inserts. There shall be adjustable tabs with hook and loop for cuff and ankle closures. Legs shall be hemmed with zipper closures also.

The TRU-SPEC® 24-7 P/C R/S Tactical Jumpsuit features two signature 24-7 bellowed and flapped chest pockets with hook and loop closures with left pocket having a pencil stall. It has two vertical chest document pockets with hidden zipper closures. There shall be a large zippered inside mesh pocket in the upper back. Construction Detail Stitching Seam specification is 10 – 12 stitches per inch (SPI) including the lock stitch, chain stitch, felled seams, safety and serge seams; Bar-tacks - 28 SPI. Chest Pockets The front shall have two signature 24-7 expandable bellowed and flapped chest pockets with pen openings in each flap. The left pocket shall have a pen pocket inside the chest pocket, the right opening is designed for a mic holder or sunglass holder. The pocket closure shall be hook and loop fastener. The loop fastener shall be sewn on the pocket flap and the hook fastener on the pocket. Front Pockets The front pocket is a slanted pocket and is 2-1/2” from the side-seam. It has a 6-1/2” opening with 1/2 double needle topstitch and bar-tacks at waistband and side seam.

Document Pockets The chest document pockets will be on each chest and have vertical hidden zipper closures with bar-tacks at top and bottom of the opening. The opening will be 7”and have 1/16” edge stitch. Hip Pockets Hip pocket is signature 24-7 expandable pocket with a covered flap with hook and loop closure and bellowed side gusset. The pocket flap has a 1-1/2” x 2” loop attached. The pocket is 6” wide by 7” long with a 1-1/2” x 2” hook attached. It shall have bellowed side gussets at the front edge with 1/2” x 3/4” hook and loop closure and bar-tacks at the top and front bottom. They shall have a 3/4” clean finish single needle hem. It shall have 1/4” double needle topstitch. Cargo Pockets The cargo pockets are signature 24-7 expandable pockets with a covered flap with hook and loop closure with bellowed side gussets. There are 2 internal magazine pockets in each side of the trouser cargo pockets. Pockets have bellowed side gussets to the rear with 1/2” x 3/4” hook and loop closure. They have a 3/4”clean finish single needle hem. Pocket is set with single-needle 1/8” seam margin at bellow and double needle 1/4” topstitch. The pocket measures 7-3/4” wide by 8-1/2” long. The cargo pockets and flaps shall be closed with 2 pieces of loop on the pocket flap and 2 pieces of hook on the hem of the pocket.

Knife / Accessory Pockets There shall be a welt pocket measuring 2” wide by 4-3/4” deep on each hip directly behind the side seam. Cell Phone / Magazine Pockets The Cell Phone / Magazine pockets and flaps shall have 1 pieces of loop on the hem and a single piece of hook on the flap. Each pocket shall be of signature 24-7 design. The pockets shall be expandable and attached to the outside of the cargo pockets. Front Closure Front shall have a 2 way zipper closure Collars The collar shall be a Mandarin collar. It shall have a clean finish on the inside and 1/16 inch topstitching. It shall have hook and loop closure. Back Shirt shall have a bi swing back. Seams shall be serged with a safety stitch and double needle topstitched. Bi swing back shall be bar-tacked at top and bottom of the expansion chamber of the back with a box x stitch at the top. Back shall have a half moon placket under collar set with double needle clean finish stitching. There shall be an inner mesh pocket with a vertical zipper closure in the upper back. Sleeves Sleeves are of two piece construction and shall have gussets at underarm front and back. The panels are joined at the center back with a safety stitch and 1/4” topstitched. Gussets shall be set with a safety stitch and ¼” topstitch. The sleeves shall have 3 darts at elbows to form articulated sleeve. Sleeve shall have a banded cuff attached with safety stitch and 1/4” topstitch on the sleeve and 1/16: topstitch on the cuff. The cuff shall measure 2-1/4” from the sleeve and have tabs with hook and loop for adjustment. Shoulder Seam, Armhole, Seat seam, Side seam and Inseam All seams shall be joined with a safety stitch. The shoulder seam, armhole, seat seam and the side seam on the legs shall also be stitched down with a 1/4” double needle topstitch Waist Waist shall be banded across the front and back with a 2 inch band with 1/16”clean finish topstitch. There shall be 4 vertical 2” x 6” belt keeper loops with hook and loop closures. Hook and loop shall measure 2” x 2” and shall be attached with a box x stitch. Belt keeper loops will be attached at the waist with 2 in the front and 2 in the back. There shall be 1-3/4” x 4-1/2” tabs attached to waist at the side seam with 1-1/2” x 2” hook attached at the end of the tab. The waist shall have 1-1/2” x 5” hook attached at the front over the band for adjustment. Leg Hem The legs shall have a 1” clean finish hem with a zipper closure. The zipper closure shall be vertical and be 10” in length. There shall also be a tab with hook and loop for adjustable closure.

Knee Pockets There shall be a reinforced knee pocket with an internal opening for knee pad inserts. It shall be double needle set for added strength. Packing / Labeling The garment will have labels with the manufacturers’ country of origin, size, fiber content, and care instructions. Packing (depending on customer) will have TRU-SPEC® 24-7 Hang Tag), clear poly bag and boxes.
