Are you ready to unpack and let go of the negative and repack the positive? 10:05 a.m. – 10:20 a.m. Break on the Lido Deck 10:20 – 11:20 a.m. Session 2 on the Promenade Deck with Ronda Walker: Deciding on a Destination: Dream Dreams and Set Goals. The world is your oyster! There are many exciting opportunities and fulfilling adventures awaiting you. However, if you don’t decide where you want to go and set some specific goals for your journey, you will wander aimlessly and never reach your destination. Discover all of your travel options, then decide on the destination that suits you best. Once you choose your ideal destination – then do what you need to do to get there! 11:20am - 11:30 a.m. Break on the Lido Deck (Move to the Captain’s Table) 11:30am - 1:00 p.m. Session 3 and Lunch at the Captain’s Table with Joel Hughes & Jane Goodson: Be the Captain of Your Ship. Secure the Bow and Stern because your ship is setting course for the big horizon. Get excited to hear from Joel Hughes and Dr. Jane Goodson on how you can handle the “open water” as captain of your life. We will discuss the levels of your S.H.I.P. so you are sure not to sink when out at sea. 1:00 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. Break (Move to the Promenade Deck) 1:15pm - 2:15 p.m. Session 4 on the Promenade Deck with Michael Jackson: Make Your Life a Full Time Excursion. When taking a cruise, we leave the daily grind of life and work. But even on our most desired cruise, we can become bored and even anxious about being on the ship. The solution? Take excursions. Even the best lived life needs periodic breaks or excursions. These excursions can reenergize, revitalize and motivate us to be our best selves, do our best work and live our best lives. have learned and actually maintain those new friendships and apply your new skills

to achieve ultimate personal and professional success.
