$75 If Registered before May 1st$100 if Registered after May 1st1. Each camper will receive an official Troy Christian Wrestling Camp T-Shirt. (If registered by May 1st)

2. Campers should bring gym shorts, t-shirts, and wrestling shoes to camp each day.

3. Athletes will not be allowed to participate without a signed parental permission form.

I certify that my son has no injury or illness that would limit his participation in camp. I hereby release, exonerate, and discharge the Troy Christian Wrestling Camp, their coaches, counceors, and school from any and all actions or causes of actions, known or unknown, from injuries incurred in camp. I, the above signed parent/guardian, do hereby delegate to the Troy Christian Wrestling Camp, its coaches, counselors, or agents, the authority to seek, obtain, and approve any medical care and treatment for the above-named camper, who in their judgment is necessary for the health and well-being of said camper during his attendance at the Troy Christian Wrestling Camp. Further, I agree to hold the Troy Christian Wrestling Camp, its coaches, counselors or agents, harmless for any liability arising out of any good-faith actions taken in seeking and obtaining medical care and treatment for the above-named camper.
