Total Intake Cleaner DANGER: CONTAINS (CAS#): Heterocyclic Amines (Proprietary), Acetonitrile (75-05-8), and Dimethyl Ether propellant (115-10-6). Extremely flammable. Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Vapor harmful — inhaling concentrated vapors, intentionally or otherwise, can be fatal. Eye and skin irritant. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Do not breathe automotive exhaust vapors.

Fuel Injector Cleaner DANGER: CONTAINS (CAS#): Petroleum distillates (68476-34-6). Keep away from heat, sparks or open flame. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use with adequate ventilation.

STEP 1Always wear eye protection and gloves when installing this product.

Position vehicle outside in a well-ventilated area and turn off the engine.

1 Locate brake booster vacuum line at www.fuelprocomplete.com.

2 Remove vacuum line from vacuum booster.

STEP 2Empty entire contents of MOTOR MEDIC® Fuel Injector Cleaner into gas tank.

Treats up to 15 gallons of gasoline. For best results, add entire bottle to a nearly full tank. Regular use keeps fuel system clean and at peak operating efficiency.

AVOID CONTACT WITH PAINTED SURFACES. In case of paint contact, wash off with water immediately.

3 Insert aerosol multi- adapter hose tip securely into vacuum line coming from the vehicle’s brake booster.

NEVER USE A VACUUM LINE THAT IS UPSTREAM OF THE MASS AIR FLOW (MAF) SENSOR. DOING SO CAN DAMAGE THE MAF SENSOR.

4 Place MOTOR MEDIC® Total Intake System Cleaner canister in the hanging installation apparatus and connect multi-adapter hose to top of canister.

7 Depress the spray button slowly and allow the vehicle oxygen sensor to adjust for the new air to fuel mixture then depress and lock the spray button in the fully open position.

8 Allow the entire contents of the canister to empty into intake system.

9 When can is empty, turn off the engine, disconnect the multi-adapter from the vacuum source, replace the disconnected vacuum line to its original location, remove hanging installation apparatus and close hood.

DANGER: Vacuum line MUST be reconnected to vacuum brake booster after use of this product and before driving vehicle. If not, the engine will run poorly, and brake performance will also be affected, potentially resulting in injury or death. NEVER drive a vehicle with a disconnected vacuum line.

10 Start vehicle and allow to idle for 3 minutes, snapping accelerator 3 times to ensure removal of dislodged carbon particles.

NOTE: If vehicle stalls during application, simply release lock-down button on applicator and repeat installation steps 6 to 10.

NOTE: In some cases a check engine light could come on during the application of this product. If there are no pre-existing codes prior to using this kit, a soft-code can be triggered by the intake cleaning, such as a misfire. The check engine light will go off during vehicle’s basic drive cycle. Each vehicle’s manufacturer’s drive cycle may vary and could take up to 2 days. An alternative to turning off the check engine light is have it reset at your local automotive parts store at no charge.

Install hose onto canister (aerosol can): Remove applicator hose from kit and install on top of can by pressing firmly with palm of hand. Do not depress the button release until you’re ready to start the cleaning process.

WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, or birth defects or other reproductive harm.

5 Safely hang installation apparatus on the underside of the vehicle hood. WARNING: DO NOT SET CAN ON ANY HOT SURFACES OR IN CONTACT WITH ANY ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS TO PREVENT CAN BURSTING AND FLASH FIRE.

6 Start engine and bring engine to 1,000 RPM.

FIRST AID:

EYE CONTACT: Flush with water for 15 minutes while lifting eyelids and get prompt medical attention.

SKIN CONTACT: Wash with soap and water promptly. If irritation develops, get prompt medical attention.

INHALATION: Move to fresh air. If breathing becomes difficult, get prompt medical attention.
