Great Entry!! But regardless of the definition rule, contexts are always treated as standard text, capitalize first word & use period at end.

Example of including the acronym and the term in the definition. Reduce definition to a single fragment.

Page 10: Troubleshooting MultiTerm 2007-02-12. To Capitalize or Not? ► Two rule sets: Cap for first word in definition, period at end No cap for first word

Here the terms have been removed from the definition, and the definition has been slightly modified to turn it into a single sentence fragment. Part of this could have been put into a note.

Here the definition comes close to explaining what it means to “run out of memory”. Again, it will be necessary to try to rewrite the information so that it has the form of a good definition.

This is a nifty definition for a URI (if you get rid of the term and the verb “is” in the definition), but the term you have listed is “have authority over”. As a consequence, the entry doesn’t make much sense. Create an entry for URI, but you also need to find out what it means to “have authority over a URI”, which must have something to do with “owning” a URI.
