The work was done on the hypothesis that a toolkit for displayingaspectrograminreal-timewithSphinx-4 canbebuilt.Theworkwassplitintothreeparts: theoretical definition of processes, practical work with Sphinx-4systemandmeasurementsoffinalproduct (iSound).The practical aspect of the work gives added value to the presented work. Jerzy GrskiTehnoloka univerza v Varavi, Fakulteta za arhitekturoIdeja tega projekta je poiskati arhitekturni odgovor na vpraanja, ki se postavljajo pri uporabi objektov navelikihdogodkih,kotjeEvro2012.Redno ponavljanje,zaasnostinalternativnelokacijeso glavnanaela,vskladuskaterimiseorganizirajo veji portni dogodki.Predlaganagradnjaletalikegaterminalaje predlog,kiizpolnjujefunkcionalnainekonomska priakovanjaorganizatorjaEvra2012.Zaasna uporaba letalikega terminala na Evru 2012 naj bi pomagalaobvladovatizraniprometnaletaliu Chopin glavnem varavskem terminalu.Glavnikonceptprojektajearhitekturna interpretacijazaasnihobjektov,kibilahkobili funkcionalni, preprosti za ureditev in mobilni. Thanks to its uniqueness, easy adaptability and mobility, the presented scheme could serve as a starting point for other buildings that have to cope with the changing needsoftheirusers.Nonetheless,itsthearchitects role that determines the projects success by striking a correct balance between the buildings aesthetic and functional requirements. Theyemphasisedthatinvestmentinhumancapitalis notenough:weneedtoinvestinsocialcapitalas well.Whencompetentindividualseffectivelyshare their knowledge inside and outside of companies, a qualitative difference can be achieved.Themodelforthedevelopmentofinnovativeness servedasafoundationforfurtherworkregarding theselectedcompany.First,adetailedcurrent-state analysis was made. Through career interviews, crucial barriers that prevent the realisation of future-oriented projectswereidentified.Attitudestowardtheculture of innovation were explored through questionnaires. Those results were upgraded with dyadic interviews, wheretheyresearchedproblemsandsolutionsfor effectivecooperationatthecompany.Sixcross-departmental pairs were included whose cooperation is crucial for successful innovativeness. Theresultswerethenbroughttogether,andthe keyproblemsintheareaofinnovativenesswere identified.Challengeswereconfrontedthrough proposedinitiativesthatcanfurtherraiselevelof innovativeness.Ageneralsuggestionwasmade thatthecompanyshouldfirstdevelopthecapacity for project implementation.
