The Combo 55 Shrink Wrapper is the first complete shrink wrapping machine. It seals and shrinks in oneoperation using centre-fold shrink films with very low energy consumption and comes with some of the mostadvanced features possible with electronic controls. The film is kept open around the product loading tray.The operator then easily inserts the product and moves it along with the film to the sealing position andbrings down the hood to initiate the sealing process. This is followed by the magnetic hood maintaining thesealing position. Hot air is circulated inside the transparent chamber in the hood down position for excellentsealing around the edge of the package.

The Optiseal Sealer can be used close by hand or mounted on a stand which comes complete with a film holder to allowthe film to be dispensed on demand. The foot pedal connects to the sealer to provide a hand free sealing operation. In addition to the work stand there is a work table and bag support available that holds the product whilst the film isbeing sealed. the adjustable bag support enables the operator to make uniform sized bags.

A self adhesive label measuring 100mm x 100mm incorporating a glass tube which activates byturning red when the article to which it has been attached is dropped form above to a pre-determined height.There are five colour coded sensitivities designed to activate at certain drop heights. TheShockwatch sensitivity should be based on product fragility, container cushioning type and design.Field trials are recommended to determine the correct sensitivity relative to product damage.

Each box comes complete with companion labels.

The Drop’n Tell system includes two warning labels and ismanufactured in six different G-ranges (5G, 10G, 15G, 25G,50G and 100G). The device monitoring 5 times the force ofgravity is very sensitive. The device monitoring 100 timesthe force of gravity requires a greater impact to activate. Attach theDrop’n Tell to your product by removing the liner on the back to expose the adhesive or screw/nail it using the holes on each end.

This chart should only beused as a basic guide.Drop’n Tel activationdepends upon the typeand amount of cushioningused to protect a productin transit. Drop height willalso affect activation.

Tip’n Tell is a brightly coloured device that product handlers quickly recognise. Itincludes a system of labels that warns all handlers of a monitoring device. The Tip’nTell can be mounted on the inside or outside of your shipment. The Tip’n Tell is acti-vated by pulling the bar in the centre of the device. Attach it to either your product orshipping container by removing the liner on the back to expose the adhesive. Youmay also attach the Tip’n Tell by nailing or stapling it to the container. If your product is tipped slightly less than 90 degrees or beyond, the clear arrow becomes permanently blue. Your customer can then immediately check for damage. 2.2kg

The BXT is the latest generation of battery powered strapping tools. The balanced lightweight design is exceptionally comfortable to use - yet withstands heavy usagein the most demanding applications. Incorporating many advanced features including automatic and semi automatic functions, a new direct drive motor offering anincreased tension range and a light setting for polyprop strapping, all controlled via the new digital Touch-Pad controller. These improved operating features result ina tool that is faster and easier to operate, has better process control, more cycles per battery charge and has low maintenance costs. The new BXT models are alsopowered by an improved lithium ion battery pack that can be charged when convenient to the operator rather than waiting until the battery is fully drained. Thenew battery also offers an improved 15-30 minute recharging time, up to 50% more cycles compared to NiCad batteries and is more environmentally friendly due toit containing no Cadmium.
