ADVANTAGES

By cutting off the belly fat and the belly fin, before the

fish enters the filleting machine, you can obtain a far more precise and accurate cutting on the belly ribs and the remaining belly fat.

You obtain a higher yield and minimizes the need of man-

ually after-trim.

The machine will automatically in-feed the filleting ma-

chine and thereby reduce labor costs. TECHNICAL DATA Fish size: 3 – 8 kg. fish or after customers specifications. Capacity: 20-25 fish pr. min. depending on fish size.
