Trimble FSM University Overview Trimble FSM University Learning Center offers many flexible options to suit your training needs.
Basic Course Types All Basic options are included in your GeoManager service and are no charge*.
eLearning Library - self-paced courses for every job role. Take the courses you need, when you need them.
To access these eLearning courses:
1. Log in to your GeoManager account 2. Click on the “Service Center” Tab 3. Select the “Training” link 4. Click the link to the “Trimble FSM University Learning Center” 5. Complete a short registration form to gain access including the Certification ID found on the
GeoManager “Training” page (first-time users only). Be sure to select the “Job Role” that best describes how you intend to use GeoManager. *All new users will automatically be assigned a “Welcome” that provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the Learning Center to order courses and navigate the eLearning courses.

Description: This course teaches System Administrators how to create roles to manage user access to GeoManager features and capabilities using Role Management. Role Management enables System Administrators to create different roles in GeoManager based on the actual responsibilities within your organization, along with a description of the duties associated with a role. Description: This course focuses on teaching administrators how to best set up and configure Messaging so it can be utilized properly by your company.

Billing Management eLearning Duration: 18 minutes Description: In this course, you’ll first look at whether you might benefit from using the Billing Management upload feature for tracking multiple cost centers and vehicle details along with your monthly bill. The course then walks you through the steps needed to complete a Billing Management upload in the Trimble application. Who should take this course? This course is recommended for Administrators and those who are responsible for validating or paying their Trimble bill. When should I take this course? Anytime Prerequisites: None. Description: This course gives Administrators a comprehensive view of the exception functionality. Through a series of examples, Users will learn how to create and use the available exception options as well as how to manage the delivery of reports and exceptions as users leave or join the company.
Who should take this course? Supervisors, Fleet Managers, Dispatchers, Safety Managers and Administrators.
When should I take this course? You should take this course as soon as you receive the ability to manage exceptions.

Driver Hours of Service (HoS) eLearning Duration: 30 minutes
Description: Instructs drivers and/or supervisors on how to use the iDT or Terminal Log On for Hours of Service compliance. Drivers will learn to start their daily log using either the iDT or Terminal Log On, record duty statuses throughout their day, include a pre-defined message to a duty change, log out at the end of day and display the duty status detail, summary and graph pages using the iDT and the GeoManager Hours of Service Compliance and Driver Logs feature.

This easy step-by-step approach is proven to gain rapid adoption and competent usage immediately following delivery. Drivers will learn to access and reply to text messages, and complete and send electronic forms using the iDT function keys and GeoManager two-way messaging and forms feature.

Description: This course is essential for fleet managers who want to take full advantage of the advanced features of GeoManager that enable monitoring of fuel efficiency and carbon emissions. This course shows fleet managers how to use an array of reports that provide miles per gallon data and the amount in pounds of carbon emissions for each vehicle, as well as detailed insight into individual driver behaviors that affect fuel use and emission levels.
