Isolation and Identification
1.Phenotype:Conidiophore (Gams & Bissett (1998))
2.Molecular characterization:
rRNA-ITS1,ITS2 sequence and Translation Elongation Factor tef1-α,phytase gene
phyT, and construction of Phylogenetic tree based on ITS and Tef1-a sequence;
3. DGGE and LAMP
1. Isolation and identification of 700 Trichoderma strains from
marine shoal and wetland ecosystem in whole China.
2. Isolation of ~200 strains from those above:
antagonistic
stress tolerance (salt, low T and hypoxia)
plant growth promoting
other particular properties.
Preliminary results
Mycoparasitism
Phytase-degrading
Trichoderma harzianum salt tolerance ability
Conclusions
• Trichoderma marine shoal and wetland
distribution map in China will be produced.
• Biodiversity of Trichoderma in extreme
environments (salt, low T and hypoxia) is
being studied.
