OUR TRACK RECORDOver the past decade, subsidiary Tribeca Homes has experienced exponential growth to become one of Australia’s leading home builders. We’re proud to have delivered more than 4,500 homes throughout Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. Tribeca was founded in 2007 in Sydney, which is where our headquarters remain today. We also have substantial operations in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne to support our developments in these areas. Since our founding Tribeca has earned a solid track record for creating successful residential developments all over Australia, which includes constructing over 4,500 residential homes. Over the last 10 years Tribeca has become one of Australia’s top 30 building companies based on the number of properties built.

CORPORATEThis team is responsible for the oversight and stewardship of key strategic and operational initiatives ensuring business capability is in line with the strategic objectives of the business. In addition to this, the team is responsible for capital efficiency and access, governance and risk management as well as supply chain logistics. Central to the team’s success is a widespread understanding of the business strategy and priorities. This includes inter office collaboration and resource allocation.
SITE ACQUISITIONS & LAND DEVELOPMENTThis team is responsible for developing build ready estates and land lots. It strategically identifies, funds and acquires sites in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria with a long term focus on growth areas in each state. The team manages the development and coordinates infrastructure works. They also liaise and negotiate with the local councils, ensuring that each development meets council regulations.
PRODUCT DESIGN AND ARCHITECTUREThis team is made up of 5 dedicated designers and architects who are constantly innovating and creating the superior designs that Tribeca is known for.
CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDINGThis team is a nationally spread mix of more than 12 site supervisors, managers and an extensive list of reliable long term subcontractors who are responsible for the actual build. We are proud to work with this team of experts who bring their skills and experience to every build to make it the best they’ve ever done.
SITE PLANNING & ENGINEERING This team is our in-house division who deal with planning and engineering across land subdivisions and individual home sites. This team gets each property perfectly ready for development and is made up of a dedicated team of 3 highly qualified engineers.

SALES AND MARKETINGThis team has 9 dedicated members who create, maintain and service an extensive network of agents and associates. This team works with these agents and associates to generate maximum sales across the Tribeca portfolio ofproperties.
