To distributors and retailers this may seem like a small sale but by including this in your sale price or selling it as an add on, it will ensure that your claim costs are down and your bottom line is up. The majority of Advanced Sealers are used to protect tile flooring. From Grout Seal to Slip Stop, your customer will be satisfied with the end result. Advanced Sealers also offers a variety of products to help maintain and protect wood, granite, appliances, fabric, metals, glass, concrete, and furniture. Congoleum offers their line of Bright ‘n Easy No Rinse Cleaner in a concentrate or spray bottle, Floor Polish, and Polish Remover for all of your needs on their flooring products. Karndean offers a Floor Care Kit that should be sold with every residential floor. It includes 750ml of Clean, 750ml of Re-move, 750ml of Refresh, 1 Applicator, 1 set of furniture protectors, 1 green pad for use with the Remove, 1 white pad for use with the Refresh, and instructions. For commercial jobs there are 5 liter sizes of these products and the Commercial Refresh has more solids in it to last longer in high traffic areas. When these products are sold to the customer, it keeps them coming back to purchase these items and when they are ready to purchase another floor or have a friend that is looking for floor, they will be back in your store. Based upon suggestions and feedback, we are changing the term “Lifelong” to “Lifetime.”

DuraCeramic warranty has been upgraded with enhanced provisions.

Changed the warranty coverage for AirStep Evolution and Ultima from Lifelong to 50 years. (That may, at first glance, not appear to be an enhancement. However, a closer look will show the positive changes.)

Current warranty - Only wear and manufacturing defect provisions had a Lifelong warranty.

New change – Wear and manufacturing defects have 50 year provision (and 50 years is a lifetime for any floor)

Current warranty - other provisions covering staining, scuffing, fading, discoloration, rips, tears, gouges and indenta-tions were only for 25 years.

New change - wear and manufacturing defects have been increased from 25 to 50 years.

Hello from Trevor Parvinen

I grew up in Helena, MT and graduated from Capital High School. I played

baseball, football, and basketball. After high school I went to Montana State

University Billings to study structural fire science to become a firefighter. I

became a Territory Manager at TSF instead. I relocated to Rapid City in

2006.

I have 2 stepsons. One that is involved in

baseball and we love going to his games and

watching him play. The older one loves hunt-

ing and fishing with me. Our family loves

spending time at the lake with our dog Miley.

I love sports and my favorite teams are the

Dallas Cowboys (America’s team) and the

Colorado Rockies.
