5 mm particle of water, if broken down to 100 micron size, number of particles are
125000 in water mist
Surface area of all 125000 particles collectively increases to 50 times
As a result, heat transfer is 50 times faster
Similarly, for 300 microns, we get 4560 particles.
& collective surface area is only 17 times more than 5 mm.
