Mold Features Included: Hot Runner, 8 Cavity, Rack Mounted Core Pull Mold that eliminated
the need for an ejection sequence and reduced the mold open stroke from 15” to 3”.
This innovative design lowered the cycle time 20% over previous mold designs.

Building high quality molds that are production ready fast with a minimal number of turns prior to

The mold shown is an 8 cavity filter core mold with 1,472 shutoffs. This mold went from first shots immediately into production.
