Set up in 1993, Jade Land Properties is a leading boutique real estate consultancy. We got our start enhancing and transforming aged and aesthetically unappealing apartments into chic and contemporary homes in the Mid-Levels, a prestigious district in Hong Kong. With resilience, resourcefulness and leadership, we successfully expanded our scope, carving a niche as a cross-national and multi-disciplinary firm at the forefront of marketing overseas developments in Hong Kong.

Jade Land Properties was among the pioneers in introducing Canadian properties to Hong Kong back in 1995. Through the years, we have continued to strengthen our position as a purveyor of overseas properties toward enhancing our clients’ global real estate portfolios. Today, we have expanded our sights to include Malaysia and the UK.

In 2013, we became the only boutique agency to be appointed as the designated sales agent for premium Hong Kong developer Swire Properties. A year later, we became Exclusive Sole Agent in Hong Kong for Pinnacle International in Canada. This was followed by Malaysian developers Hunza Properties Group and United Malayan Land Bhd in 2016, and Malaysian developer Alpine Return in 2017. This year, we expanded our international property portfolio further by becoming an appointed agent for Malaysian developer KSK Land and prestigious UK developer Berkeley Group.

We have established a strong cross-media presence in local films “77 Heartbreaks” and “A Beautiful Moment”. The former saw strategic placements of the Alila2

sales brochure and billboard throughout the movie, with our mutual company logos being displayed on numerous promotional materials across the city, such as billboards and bus stop display stands, successfully embedding the Hunza brand (developer of Alila2) into popular culture. One of the more memorable moments was when the lead character held up the Alila2 brochure and stated that “Penang presently has ideal properties for sale. We should consider how we can purchase them!” To cap it off, our team and VIP clients were invited to a glamorous movie premiere along with the stars of the film.

We have two ongoing radio programmes that have been airing on Metro Finance and Metro Info for over a year. “Property Investment in Penang, Malaysia” 《大馬揀盤》and “Delightful Living in Malaysia” 《大馬生活好快樂》. These shows, which were exclusively produced to promote the Alila2 project by Hunza Properties Group, have increased the development’s visibility on mainstream media and awareness of lifestyle in Malaysia, giving us an opportunity showcase a wide range of topics and broaden our potential customer base.

Beginning 28 July 2018, we have added another radio show, “Superior International Property Investment” 《環球置磚檔案》, to the mix. This highly informative 45-minute programme, which comes on at 12pm every Saturday on Metro Finance, offers an objective perspective on overseas property investment opportunities.

As part of our ongoing endeavours to promote the Alila2 project by Hunza, we collaborated with TVB to film a branded programme featuring the development. The TVB crew flew all the way to Penang, Malaysia, to showcase the actual development and its picturesque surroundings as well as the uniqueness of Penang’s vibrant culture, which saw it being listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Among others, the programme allowed audiences to view landmark locations in Penang and appreciate its beauty. This gave us an opportunity to share about the potential of Penang’s property market and the importance of diversifying one’s property portfolio. We were also able to give a general overview of Malaysia’s property investment environment and lifestyle, and introduce the country’s Malaysia My Second Home programme.
