Legal issue

One big problem is a lot of people speak on their phone while driving which is the cause of most accidents in the UK. If you answer your phone or a text it is distracting you from the road ahead. Don’t you think? However you could avoid this by connecting your phone to a speaker in the car.

An ethical issue

How old should we be able to have a mobile phone? I think it depends on the child and If they live a life where they need to be in contact with people for certain reasons. However I feel children should not have a phone until they are at least going into secondary school as it can get addictive to use and have an impact on younger children.

Social issue

The social networking apps that people have on their phones could have a drastic impact on their lives as there are people that could be lying about their identity. A big problem about these sites is cyberbullying is very common and can greatly affect a younger audience or child. 25 percent of teenagers report that they have experienced repeated bullying via their cell phone or on the internet.A lot of people also mistake people for someone their not and can do this by changing the date of their birthday.
