Solution: To give himself an alibi, Harold Hicksby took an old painting and added a few colours to make it still wet. But he picked the wrong picture: In the month of April there are no apples on an apple tree.

At the riverside. “Hey buddy! What’s up?” Ethal came in saying. “Cool!” Daniel said. “Today I’m not gonna stop. We will share everything about ourselves. Trust me!”

“Why not? Anyway, can I tell you somethin’?” asked Daniel “You will TELL? ME? Before I ask, right? Please!” “You know, I had a sister. She was born four years before I was born. Her name was Ayla. She was so dear to me, but I couldn’t be with her for long. I lost her. She died with that storm. I wanted someone like her, from God. When I see you, I feel that Ayla’s inside you. At first, when I saw you, I thought Ayla came back. But

it wasn’t so. If you don’t mind, can I have my sister again as Ethal?”

“Oh! Sure! I’m truly honored. You will not miss Ayla again. You won’t.” Daniel became so happy. “Anyway bro, you’re now a graduate. So what’s your next step?” A cool breeze started blowing. “Wait, let me show you how to say it.”

Ethal stood and started saying, “Whoa! Listen Dan, you know, I’m Ethal, or Ayla. I’m a girl full of happiness and friends. I’m full of dreams. I have a lot of dreams. I wanna shout, I wanna smile, I wanna talk, I wanna laugh, I wanna live, I wanna be something in my life. I

wanna be a song writer.” Daniel was listening to her heartily.

“Hey, why are you staring? Come and share the hidden dream of your life.” Daniel stood “I’m Daniel. I also have dreams. I wanna talk and make everyone understand what my heart’s trying to say. I wanna be a singer.” then he started singing. “Singer?” Ethal said. “Oh!” Ethal started feeling so sick. So, she said, “Hey! Bro! I need to go.” Then off she went, but Daniel continued his song.

Today it’s a lovely morning. Everything is calm and quite. Ethal came to the riverside, but Daniel wasn’t there. She waited, but Daniel

didn’t come. Ethal tried to contact him. But she wasn’t able to.

Two days later it was raining heavily. Ethal was sitting on her reading table. Suddenly, she saw Daniel from her window. He was walking on the street and getting wet in the rain. She became so happy. She took her Grandpa and went to Daniel. “Hey, Mr stupid brother!” (To be continued)

After some time, a friend said that all Ashiama wanted was to save Chichi. Ashiama’s last wish was that no one would be in trouble and there would be an end to all all of Amara’s evil deeds. Another friend suggested that they should put Ashiama’s look alike in his place so that he could fulfil his last wish.

After a long time they found him and convinced him to save Chichi and take Ashiama’s place. He agreed because he and his daughter were once saved by Ashiama. The guy’s name was Qent, and he was an intelligent man. He went to Amara’s place to kill him but there were too many traps.

With his intelligence and courage, overcame all those traps and went to Amara. Amara sent a man to kill Qent but that man was defeated by his bravery. Then, at last Amara, sent his best and biggest warrior. Qent made him fall into one of the traps and defeated him as well. When Qent went

to Amara, he hit him hard. He saw that Amara was really powerful and failed to act. Amara kept on hitting him over and over again. At last he kicked Amara on his weak spot. Amara fell.

At last Qent stabbed Amara with a sword. Amara died. Then, finally, saved Chichi.

Then Qent told Chichi the truth that he was not Ashiama but wanted to fulfill Ashiama’s last wish. Chichi cried out for Ashiama and after some time she stopped and said to Qent that he must keep on pretending to be Ashiama, and keep the village safe.

Qent showed bravery, intelligence and courage as he kept on fulfilling Ashiama’s last wish. He took Ashiama’s place as the Seventh tiger, by showing all the qualities of a true tiger belonging to the tiger clan.

tHe empty Land

rEAdEr’s CornEr

It was around noon somewhere in a hot place. There was no wind, and it felt as if the air was heated.

Sweat rolled down his forehead, as he laid beneath the bright blue ceiling with two burning balls of fire on either side.

As he lay on the hard rough floor of earth, which felt like an oven, a small group of spiders passed his body.

He pulled himself up from the ground. His eyes focused to the flash of the mighty suns, and everything went blurry. The surrounding was waterless with no signs of greenery.

He went forward, his legs unable to bear their master’s load, and the white oil rolled down his head and face. His hands were covered in sweat.

The land seemed to pull him down on his knees, but he managed to get up after hours. Suddenly, the blurred surrounding started to clear and far ahead, he thought he saw a

pool.He knew that he was imagining

things and tried to shake it off. He knew he was in the middle of nowhere, going nowhere. He fell down and passed out a little while later.

When he awoke he was still there, the place hadn’t changed at all, except for the great balls of fire which had grown and was now hotter than ever. He tried to run forward, but his bare feet burned against the hot metal floor underneath.

He ran down the empty land and reached a huge pitch-black pit. Just before the ground broke under him, between where the man was standing, a rough voice from inside the pit called out, “Welcome to Hell!”
